This role will drive the consulting agenda with diverse digital-technology-domain consulting units and the individual will be the go-to transformation agent for the client. You will identify, define and leverage existing/ new assets that demonstrate differentiated and innovative value propositions. You will be a seasoned financial services transformation leader that has a trusted track record with senior/ executive client stakeholders. The role is comprised of:
  • Business leadership: Lead from the front and take complete ownership and accountability of the Wipro Consulting business for the allocated account
  • Capability and Thought Leadership: Demonstrate industry eminence, client insights to drive innovative propositions to clear business outcomes
  • People Advocacy: Be the trusted leader and executive sponsor for all Wipro Consulting engagements with the client
  • Collaboration and Integration Leadership: Drive Wipro consulting and non-consulting service lines to common internal and client outcomes
This opportunity will suit an experienced individual who comes from a strong management consulting background and operating at an associate partner/director level. Your background will be in the Banking domain and you will be comfortable to converse with your clients as a SME in the Retail Banking sub-domain.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead account(s) strategy and planning and identify opportunities of growth across an account or a small portfolio of accounts
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organisation (C-Suite level) 
  • Leverage Wipro’s unique value proposition to shape opportunities for the client and increase share of revenues 
  • Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals
  • Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy, revenue plan and manage CSAT
  • Orchestrate internal resources in sales and delivery to give the client an enhanced experience across touch-points
  • Build a trusted group of reference-able customers
