Consulting Partner-Technology Business Management (TBM)
The Strategic Technology Consulting (STC) practice within Wipro Digital is a team of seasoned consultants and practitioners focused on specific offerings who work in collaboration with other Wipro practices to help shape, drive and execute our clients’ digital transformation agenda. We complement the sales, design, engineering and delivery teams to provide our customers truly transformative engagements and accelerate valuable insights and new ways of working, driven by new technology. 

There are currently nine offerings within the Strategic Technology Consulting (STC) practice, and we seek a Partner level candidate for our Technology Business Management (TBM) offering. This individual is intellectually curious and is looking for an exciting and challenging career within the Wipro Digital family. They bring experience in IT cost optimization, business value of IT measurement and IT finance. He or she will be an integral part of our on our own transformation journey. 

The opportunity is to become a key member of a rapidly growing practice. Candidates need to be well- rounded, with successful track records and accountability for both sales and delivery.
Your will target a focused and evolving portfolio of clients, engaging in four key areas:
  • Develop client relationships at the highest levels and shaping TBM opportunities,
  • Driving client discussions that lead to TBM proposals,
  • Directing and executing TBM engagements, and
  • Navigating beyond individual opportunities and engagements to shape a client’s broader Digital Transformation agenda. You will cover specific accounts across North America for your portfolio.

  • 15- 20 years of IT finance, IT benchmarking and/or IT cost optimization consulting experience 
  • Able to lead strategic programs with teams of 2-10 resources from Wipro and/or client 
  • Strong Project Management skills, with focus on IT cost optimization and IT Finance projects 
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and manage internal business and technology teams 
  • Strong client-facing skills (Directors, VP/SVP-level, CIO level) 
  • Strong business development, opportunity shaping and opportunity development skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with client business stakeholders to get clear and detailed understanding of business challenges and needs/wants of their customers 
  • Ability to build strategic roadmaps on how to mature a TBM practice within a client enterprise 
  • Ability to connect expand point initiatives into shaping larger program opportunities 
  • Solid understanding and certification in one or more of the following areas a plus: 
  • Recognized Technology Business Management Analyst (RTBMA) 
  • Elite Technology Business Management Analyst (ETBMA) 
  • Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME) 
  • Certified Information Technology Financial Management Analyst (ITFMA) 
  • Certified Capital Planning Professional (CPP) 
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) 
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) 
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
