  • Grow the Data Security practice in the region and will be responsible for the following:
  • Revenue and Order Book in the region. Shall work to meet the quarterly targets provided.
  • Will be responsible to grow the team in the region and set up a strong Data Security Practice.
  • Shall be responsible to maintain a strong relationship with the customers and create new opportunities working with the working with account managers and sales team.
  • Work closely with customer business and technical teams to identify Data Security requirements, and opportunities to sell more Data Security related services
  • Work closely with customer business and technical teams and provide expert guidance on assessing current data security policies and controls, identifying gaps and make recommendations on minimizing risk
  • 15 to 20 years of overall experience with at least 10+ years’ experience in Data Security related design and implementation
  • Should have a strong understanding of Data Security including concepts involving Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Encryption/Tokenization, Database Activity Monitoring, PKI and Key Management technologies to help address risk and to enhance clients’ security posture. Should carry one or more of the following technical skills:
  • Should have the ability to work with clients to understand requirements and design solutions to address their Data Security needs.
  • Should be open to explore modern technologies and the Data Security product space and assess technology from vendors. Should carry the following technical skills
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies to evaluate data security in existing as well as emerging client environments 
  • Aware of new technologies and solutions for Data Security
  • Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Ability to recommend optimizations based on our best practices and existing regulations
  • Identify and prioritize critical data assets for inclusion in Data Protection programs
  • Assist in building a data security consultancy competency
  • Ability to understand market and forecast demands to prepare team and improve delivery capabilities. Knowledge of security industry regulations and privacy standards PCI DSS, HIPAA ,NIST, GDPR etc
  • Ability to work with stakeholders ranging from C -level executives to business and technical teams 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to work easily with diverse and dynamic teams
