  • Provide oversight for the portfolio of products and projects deployed from the regional hub, helping to ensure revenue and margin targets are achieved
  • Drive adherence to practice ways of working and culture, ensuring parity with other hubs globally
  • Provide quality assurance of planning and execution, ensuring completion of tasks and milestones, both internal development and client delivery
  • Active support for pursuits of digital and technology-based transformation programs
  • Work with local, regional, and global leadership on practice development initiatives
  • Coordinate and participate with recruitment and professional development activities for local hub
  • Provide coordination and direction for the resources across the consulting team, from development through to delivery and execution
  • Sophisticated communication skills, both bottom-up and top-down, with the ability to work with CXOs as peers in a digital world, as well as agile-based delivery teams
  • Ability to appreciate the bidirectional influences and dependencies between business and technology
  • Support the execution of the go-to-market strategy, in conjunction with global practice leadership, aligning with core messaging, new solution deployments, and market analysis
  • Build trusted Digital advisory relationships with C-suite stakeholders, to enable the sale and delivery of our Digital Transformation products and services
  • Build robust internal relationships with client and industry focused teams, in order to best align and position our portfolio of products and services, and to deliver our go-to-market objectives 
  • Work with local and global leadership to ensure adequate visibility, forecasting, and planning of delivery activities and resources 
  • Develop and leverage Digital Transformation thought leadership, in conjunction and alignment with global practice leadership, to engage and influence local and regional networks of clients, partners, and analysts
  • You will be based out of our Midtown offices in Manhattan, and required to travel to client locations as needed
Qualifications & Experience 
  • An experienced leader who can inspire and motivate a diverse team, creating a positive and productive culture
  • Extensive experience and working knowledge of the local and regional market
  • Experience or working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Advanced Analytics, UX, and RPA, and ability to translate these to business-outcomes when positioning consulting engagements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and facilitate effectively
