The ideal candidate will understand how Digital Technology transforms the experiences of customers, employees, and suppliers, and fully appreciate the transformation journey necessary across the IT and business landscape. He or she will be passionate and driven to guide our clients through that journey, and help them to accelerate and simplify through the products and services we create. They will be confident and comfortable with persuading our clients of the benefits of this approach, convert opportunities, and lead the execution of our programs. They will balance consulting experience with technical content and commercial acumen, in order to shape and sell our digital transformation programs.

·       The ability to shape and sell complex digital and technology-based transformation programs that deliver business value

  • The ability to lead Consulting teams and work with clients through the sales and execution phases of complex Digital Transformation programs, working in collaboration other parts of the Wipro organization and 3rd parties, as necessary.

·       Lead regional business development for the Digital Transformation practice, and be comfortable in leading business development activity in the local market of a portfolio of consulting orientated products and services

·       Define and execute a territory-based go-to-market strategy, in conjunction with global practice leadership, and aligning with core messaging, new solution deployments, and market analysis

·       Translate CX and Digital trends and concepts into relevant value propositions and go-to-market strategies

·       Build trusted ‘Digital’ advisory relationships with C-suite and below stakeholders, to enable the sale and delivery of our Digital Transformation products and services

·       Build robust internal relationships with client and industry focused teams, in order to best align and position our portfolio of products and services, and to deliver our go-to-market objectives

·       Work with local and global leadership to ensure adequate visibility of pipeline, and appropriate forecasting and planning of delivery resources

·       Develop and leverage Digital Transformation thought leadership, in conjunction and alignment with global practice leadership, to engage and influence local and regional networks of clients, partners, and analysts

·       You will be based out of our Plano, TX offices, and required to travel to client locations as needed

Qualifications & Experience

·       Extensive working knowledge of the local and regional market, together with business development experience and rich professional network

·       Consulting services exposure, including significant consultative selling and business development experience gained from multiple sectors

·       Experience in structuring and developing compelling digital product and service proposals, and ability to negotiate and shape deals, including non-linear pricing models

·       Understands lines of influence and decision-making processes of enterprise organisations who are embarking on digital transformation initiatives

·       Experience with Digital Transformations gained from consulting companies, software vendors, or as a business leader

·       Passion for innovation, and the ability to influence and drive consensus with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)

·       Experience or working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Advanced Analytics, UX, and RPA, and ability to translate these to business-outcomes when positioning consulting engagements

·       Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills

·       Highly developed business acumen and the ability to understand industry issues, technology trends, and the competitive landscape

·       The ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximise the potential of digital products and services
