Background to the Role:

A Dynamics CRM – Principal Architect provides technology and architecture guidance to clients on how to leverage Microsoft’s capabilities on Dynamics CRM capabilities to meet the client organization’s CRM needs for improving business objectives. They work closely with the customer drive CRM architectural decisions and define CRM roadmaps.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Provide thought leadership and IT transformation recommendations for large customer experience programs around Dynamics CRM. 
  • Should be able to execute strategic consulting projects with Wipro’s customers on Dynamics CRM. Should be able to do CRM assessments, POC/pilots, map CRM solutions to client business processes, and develop CRM value proposition and business case.
  • Work with Wipro’s Global and large customers for defining CRM strategies, define CRM roadmap and design the CRM architecture for complex or multi country CRM rollouts
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to develop proposals, presentations, statement of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies around Microsoft technologies specifically Dynamics CRM.

Skills & Experience:
  • Total Work Experience of 15+ years, with 8+ years in Architecture and/or Program Management on Dynamics CRM
  • Hands on experience in designing and setting up large CRM Programs and knowledge of best practices. 
  • Ability and experience to create Enterprise strategy for customers on Dynamics CRM and other Microsoft technologies, set up Governance models for CRM adoption in Enterprises, architecting information strategy for clients using MS technologies in conjunction.
  • Planning and implementation to deploy CRM applications both technically and functionally.
  • Experience in CRM Software Development Lifecycle, and Application Maintenance engagements including CICD & DevOps
  • Well versed with the technical architecture and functional landscape relating to Dynamics CRM product 
  • Must have 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical expertise on technical design, configuration, customization, integration and .net development 
  • Must have experience conducting business workshops, requirements harmonization, fit gap and functional specs for Dynamics CRM implementations
  • Extensive knowledge on USD, Dynamics CRM Portals, PowerApps, Social engagement, Chat BOTs, Dynamics CRM mobility, CICD, SSRS, Power BI.
  • Should have worked in a fast-paced growth organization and have experience working in a Global Delivery Model with a major IT Services organization
