Global Business Manager

Global 100 Rotational Leadership Development Program


The Global 100 Rotational Leadership Development Program is designed to provide recent MBA graduates with a global perspective and dynamic experience to develop them into the next generation of leaders. The program focuses on cultivating a diverse and customized experience during its 15-month duration.


Upon completion of the program, Global Business Managers will continue in a permanent leadership role based on interest, career potential and areas of expertise. Permanent roles may exist in Sales, Consulting or Program Management.


Program Highlights

  • Unique opportunity to learn during four rotational assignments ranging 3-4 months in duration, that are chosen based on background and skills, career passion and the needs of the business.
  • Domestic as well as international locations with one rotation taking place at Wipro’s headquarters in Bangalore, India.
  • Rotations will be in Digital, Delivery, Sales, and an elective across Wipro’s strategic business units.
  • Elective rotation can be in any of Wipro’s technology practices, Finance, Strategic Marketing, M&A, Strategy, CEO and COO offices, or Wipro Ventures.
  • Exposure to senior leaders with focused mentorship, leadership coaching, and professional networking.
  • Intensive induction program during the first two weeks and continued training and learning opportunities for the duration of the program as a cohort
  • Identifying, structuring and shaping client engagements
  • Solving complex client challenges and affecting transformational change
  • Building innovative and practical client solutions
  • Cultivating long-term relationships with clients
  • Managing large organizational changes
  • Developing strategies for global delivery
  • Supporting strategic internal initiatives
  • Producing industry leading business research, position papers and white papers
  • Collaborating with global teams, engagement managers, and practice leads


What we look for
  • MBA degree with 4-7 years of previous work experience
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytics and problem solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and to demonstrate high levels of resilience and flexibility
  • Aptitude to work in a variety of functions and environments, with strategic and global mindset
  • Engaging communication skills and ability to influence decisions
  • Ability to travel and relocate throughout the program within and outside the U.S.
  • Eligibility to work in the US on a permanent basis (US citizen or Permanent Resident) without sponsorship
