Job description:
Looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager with first-hand knowledge of the IT industry. An experienced international HR generalist with more than 5 years of experience, working with human resources at all levels. 
The role:
  • HR Generalist role with a strong knowledge across Singapore, Philippines and South Korea labor laws/practices. Based in Singapore and will work with the HR counterparts in Asia –Pacific and Japan, alongside of having a direct reporting line to the APJ HR Head who is based in Sydney, Australia.
  • The candidate will be responsible for actively providing advanced level support and internal consulting to business and functional senior management client groups within the said countries.
  • Will also be responsible for guiding and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives aligned to business/organization’s objectives. Therefore the candidate needs to be very result oriented and have confidence in personal ability to create strong HR strategies, which support the business and thereby executes in the development of the organization and the people while acting as a resource for general inquiries. This role will be “hands-on” illustrating the ability to manage multiple HR matters.
The candidate possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of HR to complete complex assignments. Assignments are broad in nature and need ingenuity and originality to solve. Requires daily decision making capabilities and actions.
  • A comprehensive and proven HR experience in fast paced, collaborative working environment
  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Experienced in Rebadging and M&A activities in Singapore, Philippines
  • A solid knowledge of employment laws in Singapore & Philippines
  • A strong drive in reaching results and focusing on structure
  • A self-confident, self-motivated, stress resistant personality
  • Having passion to create these results and showing an open, honest and insightful approach that provides a real clarity and deep holistic understanding of organizational functions
  • A Master’s degree in HRM or equivalent
  • Excellent English communication skills
