Personnel administration:  
Management of employee records:
  • Preparation and validation of the contracts and all official information,
  • Follow-up and filing of the compulsory documents in the employees’ individual folders,
  • Establishing various types of certificates for the employees,
  • Follow-up of long illness: creation of the files, follow-up with the external partners,
  • Replying to various questions from the employees.
Payroll management:
  • Sending the elements required for the pay (overtime, sick leave….) and in case of arrival and leaving and sending all the required documents to the concerned services.
  • Follow-up of reporting tables relating to the personnel management (in particular headcount, paid leave, sick leaves, probation periods, medical visits, leaves…),
  • Follow-up of foreign employees, 
  • Execution/ update of various dashboards (absenteeism, costs, headcount…).
HR administrative management 
  • Follow-up and delivery of the food coupons,
  • Dispatching post mail and various administrative tasks (photocopies, scan documents…),
  • Follow-up and management of the HR department’s invoices,
  • Archiving and filing (reviews, various documents).
  • Subscription to training sessions, application for subsidies and follow-up of reimbursements and invoices,
  • Establishment of CPF files and follow-up of subsidies.
  • Knowledge of the HR function as a whole
  • Practical knowledge in personnel administration 
  • Literacy in payroll variable elements. Knowledge in accounting and payroll
  • Advanced use of office tools (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Capacity to quickly master HR computer tools 
  • English (very good level: Reading, writing of e-mails, reading of mails and contracts, internal telephone discussions)
  • Excellent relational skills, and openness (to manage diversity)
