This career opportunity is with Wipro’s Sales Group. The Geo Country Manager (GCM) is accountable for sales in existing focus accounts and also drives new business development in the country.
The role demands knowledge and understanding of:

Strategy
  • GCM is responsible for defining unified strategy for the country which includes vision plan for generating $50M+ revenues in next 4-5 years. 
Marketing
  • The individual will be responsible for developing plans for margin, brand, markets, accounts, industry groups and practices - to build a strong organisation culture and presence in the respective Country. Position the organisation as a premium outsourcing provider in the country.
Customer Satisfaction
  • The individual will present a unified face of Wipro to customers and to authorities like trade bodies and chambers of commerce, analyst and advisor communities alike.
People
  • Leverage resources across various business units/ service lines in a Country. Create capabilities to respond to local language RFP's.
  • Enable in-Country partnership/alliance strategy to win large deals.
  • Present Wipro as a near local company to compete with the Big 5.
  • Build a brand as a local employer of choice to attract and retain the best employees.
