The Learning & Development (L&D) team drives leadership, role based and behavioral development initiatives across the organization workforce. The function’s key imperatives is to make Wipro a resilient organization and to shape behaviors and build capabilities, across levels, which drive business priorities. The focus will be to integrate learning principles with contextual requirements enabled via technology, social and mobile thus making learning a strategic lever for culture change. 
This role is for the Senior Leadership Development portfolio of the L&D team.
The Senior Leadership Development covers following key work streams: 
  • Vision-setting for senior leadership development integrating on-the-ground learning, coaching, and cohort-based programs 
  • Thought-leadership to define organizational approach and content in management and leadership, and 
  • Design and implementation of the following programs with internal and external linkages: 
    • LeadNxt
    • Flagship Programs – GBLP, GWLP
    • Executive Coaching 
    • HRLA
    • PRISM
    • Senior Leadership Team Interventions
This position requires supporting the core team on elements of vision setting and strategy; internal and external stakeholder engagement; learning design, management, facilitation & coaching; and collaboration across teams.

Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute, with 6 to 10 years of work experience.
  • Outstanding skills in problem solving and critical thinking 
  • Strong facilitation skills or inclination to quickly develop facilitation skills 
  • Interest and inclination to build on current knowledge of management and leadership.
  • Proficiency in computing (including analytics), media, communication and visual representation skills.
