  • 5+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
  • 2+ years of experience with designing training programs and workshops
  • Ability to plan, design and deliver training programs 
  • Knowledge of various training methodologies
  • Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
  • Excellent decision making and organizational skills
  • Good time-management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software
  • BS degree in Education, Training, HR or similar fields
Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for the training function for the Australia workforce
  • Plan orientation and onboarding of new hires 
  • Program manage, develop and implement frameworks for technical, behavioural and leaderhip training
  • Conduct and deliver trainings in relevant areas of expertise
  • Work with business teams and leadership stakeholders to define training requirements 
  • Work with associated support functions on logistics related to training delivery
  • Track and report efficacy of training programs
  • Manage and optimally utilize the regional training budget
