  • Responsible to represent Brand Wipro for delivery in front of customers at the CxO level
  • Responsible to maintain Wipro guidance for delivery execution margin and improve on the key parameters for growth
  • Responsible for meeting other delivery objectives of the Practice, responsible to drive delivery led growth by mining existing accounts
  • Responsible for planning and Delivery quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for relationship building with Customer Project Managers and key stakeholders within the account and responsible for customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for people processes in the practice - employee attrition rate, people development and engagement - Interact with Client Engagement Managers, Delivery Managers from Wipro and Client side CXOs - Domain certifications - PMI certifications

As I4.0 Practice Delivery Head (PDH), you are responsible for Delivery management of the entire I4.0 practice from a delivery perspective and being a focal point for Wipro’s delivery into customer' business unit/department. Responsible for managing Account Delivery Heads, Delivery Managers and Project Managers who represents Wipro and deals with executive team of the client organization. PDH is accountable for Revenue, Execution Margin, customer satisfaction, fulfillment, utilization, bench management, employee satisfaction for the entire I4.0 Practice. I4.0 PDH at this level is expected to handle delivery for a portfolio in excess of 400 FTEs with a rapid target of y-o-y growth in excess of 25 – 30%.
Qualifications – Engineering Graduate with experience of more than 20 years and at least 10 years in managing large scale Practice Delivery in the field of I4.0 / MOM / Industrial Automation / IOT etc.

Knowledge Must Have: -
  • Total knowledge of delivery management, various delivery models etc.
  • Deep understanding of the delivery cycle
  • Knowledge of new technologies, platforms, tools and products and their respective applications in the context of Industry 4.0
  • Awareness of global industry trends of Industry 4.0 services, technologies,
  • Understands one or more domains and can appreciate customer’s scenario (Manufacturing, O&G, Pharma is preferred)
  • Large Program and Portfolio management 
  • Handling teams in multiple Geos
  • Exposure to sales and customer relationship management
