  • Will be responsible to lead Wipro’s Healthcare industry segment sales for Product Engineering services.
  • Will be responsible for revenue and order booking goals. Compensation will be based on a base + variable pay. Variable play will be linked to the achievement of Order Booking/Revenue/Growth goals.
  • Develop and execute demand generation plan for the segment across both New Logos and existing accounts for North America.
  • Develop and present proposals and quotations to support sales goals and objectives.
  • Manage existing strategic customer engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • In conjunction with the Industry sales team, identify and engage with new/existing potential clients to support the practice/geo strategy.
  • Build thought leadership and brand awareness for Wipro’s Healthcare group through development of whitepapers, workshops, support for collateral development, and presentations in customer/industry forums.
  • Develop and support focused sales campaigns for strategic initiatives including a variety of outbound marketing techniques.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert within the region and primary liaison between the solution teams, delivery and customers.
  • Working with internal teams to identify and create strategic initiatives, and operating plans.
  • Adherence to MIS.
  • Ideally should be an engineer with 15+ yrs of experience in the Healthcare industry in product management and product development.
  • Good understanding of Compliance – EU MDR, Med devices GMP, ISO 13485, IEC 62304: Quality system for SW development, ISO 14971: Risk Management, FDA 21 CFR Part 820 – Current GMP
  • Any exposure to SAMD (Software As a Medical Device), Understanding of Drug Delivery Devices market, CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) / Insulin Pumps, digital health would be a preferred. 
  • Experience in creating Ecosystem of partners across Geos for miniaturization of Products – Development (HW, SW, Mechanical), Platform Partners, subscription based models, SaaS models etc
  • The person will need to be a thought leader with flair for consultative selling. Ability to understand and conceptualize customer requirements and lead structuring of deals.
  • He/She should be able to create/refine value proposition and drive demand generation.
  • Ability to travel within Americas 40-50% of the time and occasional travel to India.
  • Ability to work and meet objectives with minimal direction and oversight.
  • Must have a working knowledge of off / on / near shore model
  • Outstanding communication (written and oral), collaboration, interpersonal and leadership skills
