Business Plan
  • Contribute to create a roadmap & business plan for Wipro’s AI business. 
  • Set forth a strategy for M&A & partnerships in this space and lead execution of the strategy
  • Initiate and lead AI focused engagement with at least one university in US and EU
  • Contribute to AI engagement with NASSCOMM and NITI and possibly other public or government initiatives across the globe. 
Go-To-Market 
  • Formulate differentiated Wipro positioning (industry or process centric) and offerings on AI – endorsed by industry analysts & customers. 
  • Drive demand generation initiatives to ensure 100% growth in demand for AI skills relative to Q4 FY 18 exit
  • Lead the charge to win at least one AI contract per qtr with ACV > $3mn
  • Ensure Wipro is chosen AI partner of choice for minimum 80 of Wipro’s T120 accounts 
  • Secure 4 video testimonials from customers on Wipro’s AI story.
  • Enable Sales Teams to take the Wipro AI message to market effectively
Marketing & Positioning 
  • Steer key partner initiatives ensuring Wipro is #1 GSI partner on AI for AWS, GCP, MSFT & other specialized AI firms 
  • Engage with Analysts and drive Wipro’s AI positioning – #1 in India based SIs for AI per Gartner and Forrester
  • Position Wipro as Employer of Choice for AI
  • AI Messaging – prominent presence of AI on wipro.com, trade journals, social media
  • Drive visibility for AI in relevant forums globally
Competency and Skill Development
  • Build scale for AI skills in Wipro through training and competency upskilling 
  • Innovate with AI by infusing it into processes, people and technology
Ecosystem development

• Work with stake holders across the Wipro ecosystem (HOLMES, CTO, DAAI, verticals) to develop an integrated AI message for Wipro
• Manage & Govern the AI ecosystem across BUs, SLs, functions
• Drive AI infusion into our solution offerings by working with various groups
• At least 15 years of experience in providing technology services.
• Strong leadership capabilities with an excellent track record of business management and growth.
• Experience in operating in a collaborative environment. In this role you will be closely working with varied stakeholders across different groups within Wipro.
• Passionate about providing customer delight. An aptitude to build and maintain strong connects with C level executives, Advisory Groups, Analysts & Media.
• Ability to build and motivate teams, liaison with internal and external groups and mobilize resources effectively while being a thought leader and providing direction to the teams.
• Strong sense of Wipro values and personal commitment.
