  • 14+ yrs of experience in Information Security Industry with experience in one of the Security Tracks - Application Security / Data Security / Infrastructure Security. 
  • Strong program management methodology, communication and articulation skills.
  • Define and own automation strategy for security through RPA, Cognitive and AI
  • Drive proof of concepts (POC’s) using in-built solutions and establish proof of technology.
  • Define robust process from opportunity identification to Bots rollout. 
  • Ensure Bots meet the required compliance & legal standards.
  • Drive account rollouts starting from build to production phase.
  • Collaborate with BU leaders (delivery, technology and domain leadership) to proactively mine opportunities for Automation solutions.
  • Craft new business opportunities & New business wins (revenue and Order Value)
  • Build plan for the practice and lead the business development, opportunity development and proposal efforts
  • Creating a strong CRS & WIPRO Holmes Market Positioning - increasing CRS & Wipro Holmes service offerings in the ecosystem
  • Defining & supporting a strong Competency capability building strategy
  • Building & Managing the Team
  • Thought Leadership: Ability to converse with industry leaders, analysts and formulate POV on trends and proactively propose solutions, investment decisions, etc.
