Looking for a Process Lead on Finance with deep hands on Implementation and Consulting background in ERP (SAP FICO / Oracle / MS Dynamics etc.) 
  • The Process lead needs to have a minimum 15+ years of leading Finance Transformation, Finance process design, Finance BPR for large scale ERP implementations.
  • Acts as a Senior Trusted Advisor for Finance Controller/CFO/CFO-1 covering the entire company of a big/complex, multinational Finance Processes end-to-end.
  • Defines Finances Strategies, Governance and Finance Process Architecture based on state-of-the art of S4HANA Finance technology
  • In an SAP environment, able to define best S4HANA Finance strategy for customers, either new installation, conversion depending on the requirements and complexity of customer environment. Support consulting and license presales opportunities. Architect solution/implementation approach (Requirements, Scope, Estimation)
  • Exposure to Cloud / Hana Financials (S/4) will be critical
  • The process lead should have deep Process Knowledge and some respect hands on ERP experience (Preferably SAP Simple finance/ Oracle Cloud Finance experience implementation. Process Design expertise for large enterprises moving to latest Cloud / S4 HANA/Simple Finance in the following areas: 
    • Simple Finance Migration Methodology
    • New Functionalities in GL Accounting
    • New Functionalities in Asset Accounting
    • New Functionalities in Management Accounting
    • Exposure to Financials Planning - Integrated Business Planning
    • Overview of Cash Management
Additional Skills
  • Must have strong orientation for Designing, building, testing and deploying SAP
  • Ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to meet the needs of the business
  • Proven ability to deliver high profile activities under high pressure and tight timescales and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong Consulting, stakeholder management and effective communication skills and ability to comprehend larger picture of the business requirements and translating into design documents.
  • Ability to lead & mentor team-members
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
  • Ability to multi task and still stay focused
  • Experience in developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Able to collaborate with clients and have an ardent desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career
  • Good presentation skills to front end and manage Client leadership team expectations is essential
