This role is a highly pivotal one as part of Wipro’s continued growth, we are looking to for a Sales Leader to join the sales team for Wipro’s Travel vertical. 

  • Ability to create value propositions at senior level customers to demonstrate key areas of business value to generate better revenue opportunities in Cargo & Cre/Flight Ops areas. 
  • Proactively hunt for target organisations across industry sector to provide product implementation, Consulting, BPO solutions using Wipro’s offerings.
  • ’End to End’ pursuit management
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets as defined. Achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms and create a business plan applicable for the geography, demonstrating your knowledge of the industry, partners and forums that will create the required visibility. 
  • Demonstrate sales acumen through rigour of sales strategy definition and creation, ability to quantify and qualify accordingly. 
  • Experience required to manage complex and multi-threaded pursuits. 
  • Work with pursuit teams to generate Proposals and Bid Responses and nurture the relationship.
The ideal candidate will be sales leader with significant Airlines segment and product selling experience and have a blend of experience across delivery, business development and the practical application of contemporary technologies. They will ideally have prior product implementation, consulting / advisory experience and will be passionate about technology and its widespread application in business transformation.
