Primary responsibilities: 
  • Business development with commercial accountability for meeting the agreed P&L goals.
  • Farm revenue from the existing India business.
  • Hunting for new revenue from non-Wipro accounts
  • Drive the development of the relationship with a focus on increasing penetration, differentiation and value.
  • Achieve the sales and profitability goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the account is managed with the highest adherence to Wipro practices and drive for top performance in all results.
  • Develop positive relationships and regular contact with key client stakeholders at an executive level across the account.
  • Ensure that Wipro is positioned effectively to IT and Business stream leads.
  • Assist the Delivery Team in establishing and developing long-term customer commitment through maintaining strong customer satisfaction, implementing proactive/corrective actions as necessary.
Ideal candidate should have: -
  • Previous work experience in Media Sales.
  • BE or B.TECH. MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Effective Communications & Interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Fair amount of Technology understanding.
  • Experience of selling to corporates
  • Experience in hunting with companies from the Media and Entertainment space or with Communication Service Providers
  • At least 12 Years of relevant experience
