This role is focused on salesforce.com customer implementations. Consultants will work onsite with customers to analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement salesforce.com and systems. Specific areas of concentration include: System Implementation & Adoption Salesforce Service & Support Salesforce Sales Force Automation Salesforce Force.com platform development Salesforce Apex programming language Background in CRM process design and implementation Candidate Profile Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans Technical acumen to convert plans into real solutions that work Driven by customer success with a team player attitude Education and Required Experience B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent 5+ years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects Advanced experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, etc.) Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools Background in CRM process design and implementation Strong presentation and communication skills Able to travel The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the successful candidate will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of this role.
