  • Develop and lead the ‘talent mobility practice’ for leadership positions by aligning Talent succession objectives and individual aspirations.
  • Strategic partnership with the Business hiring leaders, HRBPs, regional GSHR leaders, and other key eco-system stakeholders in proactively identifying talent availability and gaps
  • Gather, profile & analyze the pool of internal leadership talent and create framework to maximize talent redeployment.
  • Develop and drive strong insight/repository of competitor talent landscape and enable insights for hiring strategy.
  • Extensive experience in executive/ C-suite hiring in a large & matrix organization. 
  • Excellent skills in communications, influencing and coaching.
  • Possess the ability to lead initiatives across global, rallying cross-functional teams.
  • 15 + years of related experience in a leadership capacity,
